okay,itchy hands yest. decided to cook!!! Spaghetti beb

the basic info on how to cook it are here (: dedicated to our little-miss
firstly,grab a handful of dried chillies,slit through the middle to de-seed it,cook it in water and let it kembang lole till it boils la.

carry it over to the sink and pour in some cold water and use a spatula or smth to like further de-seeding it



carefully put it in the blender.


use basically one big onion and 2 garlic!but blender only one half of the biggie onion,the other half for the dish itself.



put it in and blender till it turns into a puree,i love to do it till its like a juice lol cos i hate the chilli seeds. ok, dont forget to add a teeny bit of water k so that it is easier to blend.


dice the other half of the onion.


slice up the button mushrooms.


same thing to the tomatoes.


mmm capsicum, green ones!


slice it into half and again de-seed it


cut into slices and dice it.


pour in a bit of oil on the pan and pour ur blended mixture. see the difference before and after?before, its like a smooth puree.


after, its like bergumpal-gumpal, cos my mum said if we cook the mixture arr, must let it go crispy a bit(kasi garing) so that it wont have the chilli smell which my mom will seriously hurl at me if i didnt cook properly.pfft so guys gaulkan sehingga garing da sehingga baunya naik yer(:


after that, add the minced meat,not pork eyy.haha


after that add chilli sauce,u can also use tomato sauce la *the maggie brand one*but i prefer chilli sauce as i will also be addin tomatoes in it, too sourish not nice lehh.


add the diced onion




add the diced capsicum and also tomato,sorry no pic.


after u stir, add a cup of water

up to you how much.


as you can see here, i added too much! OPPSY haha,no biggie,to solve this in case it happens too, you can add corn flour abit when it is boiling to make it pekat sikit or just let the dish simmer slowly, nanti kering hookay?


den add garam, pak aji *ajinamoto* and sugar to your taste.*secukup rasa*


also. add this. Its powdered form of Oregano, a type of herb like dat la. It brings out the aroma of the real mexican spghetti and also makes the kuah lemak sikit. sorry for the mixture of language hee(:


hookay! broccolies!!


cut it up to mouth-sized?wad eever la..haha


boil it. Not too long or it'll be soggy..NOT SAGGY k

it will turn green la. a lovely gree (: and u scoop it out!
a slice of butter
on to the broccolies! and mix it! ready to be served.

for the spaghettis, boil the water ferst.add a spoon of oil la. so that the noodles wont get stuck to each other when drained and let cool.


put it in.


boil already, test a strand. if its just nice, drain it

serve it on a plate. pour the kuahh lole
anddd voilla! yummy..u can also sprinkle some black peppers on to it if u like it spicayy

yest ju came by.after maghrib,we went to run some errands and end up lepak-ing at the playground at the bridge. talked and talked (: we even lie down on the bridge lole. too bad no effing stars arnd.sheesh. den sent her off and joined the adek's gang. had a few laughs tgther and home sweet home again. sory guyss i was late!!sheesh faiza2.
